What is a Gua Sha?  Gua Sha is a tool used in a traditional Asian Therapy, where the Gua Sha is stroked/scraped along the skin.  Deep firm strokes relieves muscle tension, improves blood flow and may reduce pain.  Using gently on the face area assists in moving excess fluid reducing puffiness, easing tension and tight muscles in the jaw area and may be helpful for headaches.  HOT TIP: In summer keep the Gua Sha in the fridge.
